Connects the entire building as a single wireless network.

Conventional smart buildings are built on wired backbones and intermediate hubs, but with Merlot Mesh the lighting itself acts as a network node.
Simply installing mesh-enabled lighting builds a 100% wireless mesh network across the whole building — no separate wiring work required.
This dramatically cuts construction cost and installation time, and lets existing buildings become smart buildings with ease.
Selects the optimal communication path in real time.

Each node analyzes link quality and network congestion with its neighbors in real time and decides on its own whether to forward data.
Every node is not fixed to one role — depending on network conditions it flexibly acts as a Relay Node or an End Node.
Data is delivered simultaneously over multiple paths rather than a single route, and retransmission is optimized based on neighboring nodes' network state.
This sustains stable delivery and high scalability even in large networks, realizing a Self-Healing Mesh that maintains the optimal path even when failures occur.
Selects the optimal positioning anchor based on tag location.

The Selective Anchor algorithm is Merlot Lab's proprietary location-tracking algorithm that dynamically selects the anchors used for positioning based on tag location.
A tag uses beacon signals to select 3–5 nearby anchors, measures the distance to each, and sends the distance data to the server.
Based on multiple anchor distances, the server computes the tag's position and displays it in real time on 2D and 3D digital floor plans.
